Abstract Beauty & Hair Testimonials
Deborah O’Reilly – Eastham
I have been coming to Abstract for beauty treatments for some years. I have tried many salons but have found Abstract the most relaxing and professional of my experiences. I always leave feeling pampered and having received the treatments designed to meet my individual needs. I would recommend Abstract to anyone for a tailor made experience.
I have only recently been going to Abstract for my hair and after using my previous hairdresser for many years I cannot believe I didn’t come here sooner. Ellie is professional, attentive and her understanding of what I want is excellent. The whole thing is an enjoyable experience which I would recommend to anyone.
Jennifer Nevitt – Eastham
I would say that Abstract seems a very nice place to work; I enjoy and look forward to having my hair done here. Everybody is very professional and easy to talk to and approach. I am always happy on leaving the salon and will continue to come here to get my hair done in the future.
Suzanne Collins – Prenton
Abstract Hair and Beauty, my haven, it’s got to be one of my favourite places in the whole world. For the past 10 years I have been visiting Abstract Beauty and Hair and always leave looking and feeling pampered, fulfilled, glowing, empowered, and special and that I’ve done something especially for me. I love how they’ve taught me to be adventurous with my hair, I’m safe all year with my immaculate nail, St Tropez spray tans and waxing. But also what you’ve taught me on a spiritual level through reiki, reflexology (especially whilst pregnant) and massages. As a mother, actress and business woman it’s hard to find time for myself. But to be your best I believe you have to feel and look it. The fabulous professionals at Abstract always help me to achieve this and is the reason why no matter where my life, career etc takes me I will always return to my sanctuary and the amazing staff at Abstract.

Re: Abstract Beauty and Hair (previously The Beauty Garden)
I entered The Beauty Garden for the first time in October 1995, I had just moved to the Wirral from Liverpool and was very apprehensive as I had been with my previous salon for a long time. I used to have basic things such as waxing and manicures.
When I entered The Beauty Garden for the first time, I was struck by the feeling I had, I was taken with the décor, which was soothing to the eye, the background music just loud enough to hear, but still aware it was there, and the therapist standing behind the desk with a welcoming smile.
My first impression was good, so I booked an appointment for a bikini wax (I thought to start wth the hardest and if they can impress me with that, well they would have a new customer). I was booked in with Toni for the next ay. I arrived on time and was met by Toni; again, a welcoming smile, the atmosphere again wonderfully attacking my senses. Toni sat next to me in the waiting area and proceeded to take my details for their records, however also asking me questions such as what I had had done previously. I answered thinking that was quite strange, never having been asked that from my previous therapists.
I found out the reason on entering the treatment room for my waxing; Toni asked me to undress and make myself comfortable on the bed with the towel over me and she would be back in a moment. After making myself comfortable there was a gentle knock on the door (everything seemed to be done so gently) and Toni entered the room.
She proceeded to tell me what she was going to do as it may differ from my previous experience, but to please let her know at any stage if I was uncomfortable; my feelings, my sense of wellbeing were being assured at every turn. Well, to say I was impressed (with my bikini wax) was an understatement, be assured I was a new client, i paid for my treatment and went off with a price list.
Over the coming months and years I have received wonderful treatments and outstanding service. Whenever there is anything reported in the news or magazines, I can be assured that The Beauty Garden will either have already trained in it or have the treatment, services or products.
I do not exaggerate when I say The Beauty Garden changed my life; as not only do they offer fabulous treatments, they also offer a range of holistic services, of which I unfortunately was in a stressful time in my place of work and had the need to try one of these. Again, the wonderful Toni was on hand to explain what each of the services was and what the benefits are. Toni again questioned my reasons and advised possibly Reiki was the one for me to try. Yet again I have been astounded by the results, however I must say without the help and support from Toni and her staff it would not have been the positive outcome that has happened personally and professionally.
The Beauty Garden has changed visually throughout the years, keeping up with trends and style, however always (thankfully) keeping that first and much-loved impression I had all those years ago.
The Beauty Garden, in my humble opinion, is my Garden of Peace, Tranquility and utmost sense of Heaven.
My thanks go out to Toni and her staff.

Re: A Few Words on Abstract Beauty and Hair (previously The Beauty Garden)
I have been using the salon for 7 years and have used a number of the services offered by them.
On every visit, I’ve been made to feel welcome and relaxed by the staff. I’ve been impressed by their professionalism and i’ve always found them to be knowledgeable, efficient and very approachable when I want to discuss elements of my treatments.
No matter which treatment I have on my visits to The Beauty Garden, I always feel relaxed when I leave.
I have used other salons prior to discovering The Beauty Garden, but have not been satisfied enough with their services to become a regular customer.
This is not the case with The Beauty Garden as I’ve been a regular customer now for 7 years and will continue to be one for as long as they provide their current high levels of service.

Re: Abstract Beauty and Hair (previously The Beauty Garden)
I have been a regular customer of The Beauty Garden for a good many years and am writing to support their application for this prodigious award. (Professional Beauty Awards 2006)
From the minute you walk into the salon you are met with a total professionalism and caring staff.
The salon is decorated to the highest standards and is always beautifully clean and well cared-for, which reflects the staff’s pride in their work and surroundings.
The prices are very competitive and although I have visited other local Beauty Salons, usually as a special celebration gift from friends or family, I always return to The Beauty Garden because of their high standards in all treatments, not to mention the way they make clients so welcome and special. Nothing is too much trouble and any time I have needed advice on a beauty matter they are always ready to take time to discuss these issues with me, not rushing and making me feel they need to move on to the next appointment. This is very special because this is the art of good customer relations.
If ever I had had cause to mention not being quite satisfied in an area of treatment, my comments have been received with good grace and professionalism.
The range of treatments offered is wide and varying, catering for all age groups and personal needs.
Whenever a staff member leaves, the management is very careful in their choice of new therapists, people who will fit into the atmosphere and nature to continue to promote and uphold the salon’s excellent reputation.
I with The Beauty Garden every success in their endeavour to continue their excellent services and add my voice to sponsor and support them for the Professional Beauty Awards, which they so greatly deserve.

Re: Abstract Beauty and Hair (previously The Beauty Garden)
I have been visiting The Beauty Garden for over five years now and can honestly say I have never had any complaints. The atmosphere as soon as I walk through the door is one of relaxation and genuine interest from the staff. I appreciate this greatly as I have usually just spent an hour and a half stuck in rush hour traffic on the way home from work.
The treatments are always professinally carried out and each stage is explained to ensure you are aware of exactly what is going on. This is so important to me if my treatment involves me having my eyes closed as it can be quite disorientating!
Any questions I have about new developments are always answered clearly without trying to hard sell me an particular product or treatment. This encourages me to try something I would not necessarily have done and also feel confident in any advice that is gien to me.
I have visited several salons over the years and genuinely feel like I am being spoilt when I set foot on the premises at The Beauty Garden. Everything is aimed at making the client feel comfortable and at ease. Unlike some salons where an overly clinical atmosphere is sometimes experienced, at The Beauty Garden is it non-apparent as you are wrapped up in fluffy towels, relaxing music and aromas surround you.
Finally, the value for money is exceptional; if someone had told me five years ago that I would be visiting a salon once a week, I would have never believed it and certainly never expected to be able to afford it!
No matter how tired or dreary I feel when I arrive, I feel like a million dollars when I leave.
